Quotes and Estimates

Quotes we provide, including photo quotes, are based on the information and images you give us at the time. They are an honest estimate, not a fixed price, until your booking is confirmed.

If the job on the day is materially different from what was described, for example extra items, difficult access or a changed address, the price may need to be adjusted. We will always talk this through with you before going ahead.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you and you have accepted them. We set aside the time and vehicle for your move based on the information you provide, so please keep us updated if anything changes.

Pricing and Payment

Your move is charged at the hourly rates set out in your quote, plus any agreed extras such as distance or heavy items. The quote is an honest estimate based on the information you provide, and if the job turns out larger than expected we will talk it through with you before continuing. Any payment terms, including when and how payment is due, will be made clear to you before the move. The rates shown on this website are a guide, and every job is quoted individually because every move is different.

Your Responsibilities

To help your move run smoothly, you agree to:

• Give us accurate information about the items, access and addresses involved
• Make sure we have safe and legal access at both ends of the move
• Be available, or have someone available, to direct the move and check the property
• Tell us in advance about any fragile, valuable or unusually heavy items
• Carry or personally transport cash, jewellery, documents and other irreplaceable valuables yourself

Care of Your Belongings

We treat your furniture and belongings with genuine care and take reasonable steps to move them safely. While we do everything we can to avoid damage, we recommend you consider appropriate transit or contents insurance for added peace of mind, particularly for high-value or fragile items.

Items We Cannot Move

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport dangerous or prohibited goods, including flammable liquids, gas bottles, explosives, firearms, illegal items and perishable or hazardous materials. Please let us know in advance if you are unsure about a particular item.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust our schedule. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to your booking will be explained to you at the time you book.
